Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel their order and receive a full refund at any time before the order has been processed and dispatched for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Change of mind after an order has been dispatched

Due to the nature of our products and fulfilment process, AutoGuard does not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
